Closed Issue: RELEASE ACTIVITY: Auto update ServiceInstallerConfigUri needs to be updated for production [1562]

System.Net.WebException: The remote name could not be resolved: 'myconfiguri'
at System.Net.WebClient.OpenRead(Uri address)
at Microsoft.Spectrum.AutoUpdate.FileDownloadAgent.OpenRead(Uri address)

We need to change the cname before doing this
Also make sure to use https
